This is, on a small scale, what I've wanted since I got to Florida - just a chance to go out and dance and have fun.

Not only are the comments not working, the user application system has been so overwhelmed with spam requests that we are simply going to shut it down. When I looked at the requests today there were over 100 of them and 2 more came in while I was deleting the others. Out of those there was only one that I could tell was a legitimate request.

This is a bit disappointing since we had hoped for comments. But we can't get the comments to work for anonymous users, and we're too overwhelmed with bogus requests to really get registered users. So for now, no comments.

What does (seem to) work is the photo rating system. Each photo has a little story attached and can be rated anonymously. Another thing that (seems to) work is the little question or comment form which is in the upper right. If you really want to comment just do it that way. And finally, good old e-mail still does the trick - thatdanceguy@thatdanceguy.com.

For those who were on the old site - it's still there. For those who were legitimate applicants - I either have your application but have not approved it yet, or I accidentally deleted it, the scattering of small babies amongst so much bath water. For everyone - keep dancing and happy holidays.

Alas, we cannot seem to get our comment system working. You can try to leave comments if you like, but they don't seem to be working. It may be that only anonymous comments are broken and later when we have normal users signed up we'll be able to have comments flying all over the place.
